Im new to digital art and don't Know how to get my pen to start drawing. I'm not seeing the color black OR even how to select a pen Color. Please help

Reasons you may not see the color wheel.
1: You may not have color wheel selected
-Press the Window tab(on the top) and select color wheel.
2: You may have it combined with another subtool.
-Look for the color wheel icon displayed in the image 2(on the far left).
3: Click the the two arrows shown In the third and smallest picture- English
