Image Resolution not opening correctly

CSP Software is up-to-date. I am trying to change the resolution of my image, but whenever I click on the Change Image Resolution tool, it just locks me out of the program. Can't click anything unless I tap 'esc'. I thought maybe the window was appearing on another monitor or had somehow been dragged off the screen. However, when I use task manager or even alt+tab to find it, it doesn't exist anywhere. I can't figure out how this even happened or how else to fix it.

Initialize and start, and reset the "window display position".
