Drawing is displaced from my pen.

If I were to place my pen in the center of my screen and start drawing, the art will apear to the side of the drawing. Basically its a little off by about an inch. If I go up then down it will do the same but not where im drawing at. It is on a new wacom tablet but im not having the issue on other drawing software.
