Can't launch my clip studio software

Unable to launch clip studio software. I've already purchased it, but can't open since. I used before and it work but after I rename something for save purpose suddenly it won't work anymore. please help me. one more thing, if i click open the software it appear "the software is starting, please wait" after that nothing happen.

2 years agoTry uninstalling the pen tablet driver from your PC and restarting your PC.
* If multiple drivers are installed, uninstall them all.
