How to display the icons on the sub tool palette (vertical / horizontal)

I'm using the iPad version of Clip Studio.
I want to display icons such as layers, layer properties, and tool properties vertically like the first image, and keep the vertical display even if I open the palette, but when I open it, it becomes horizontal display. .. (Second image)

Probably it was done before, but even if I move it and rearrange it, the icons are lined up side by side when I open it, and I am in trouble because I do not know how to return it.
I have no idea that the display has changed.

If anyone can understand it, please let me know.
thank you…!

You can split (?) By grasping the tab (where you are pointing), dragging it up and down in any direction, and releasing it when the red line appears.

    Window → Palette Dog →
Make sure that the bottom is the string "... in tabs".
If "... is displayed in a pop-up", click it and change it to "... is displayed in a tab".

    So what about?
