Quality of image decreases when saving on my 2021 iPad pro

I recently got an iPad Pro to upgrade from my old Samsung galaxy tab a, but I’m having trouble with the quality of the image when I try to save it to my gallery. I publish a webtoon, so I draw my panels on my canvas’ (1600 pix by 10000 pix at 350 dpi) and I used to be able to save the file at 50% with the same quality as when I drew it. Now, even when I save it at 100%, the same size as it was drawn, it always saves to my gallery blurry, and not as crisp as when I drew it.

I feel like I’ve tried everything, but nothing is working. I’ve tried png and jpeg, please any guidance would be helpful!

Tap [Username] in "Settings" on your iPad to see the [iCloud] settings.
Is iCloud Photos turned on and Optimize iPad storage checked?
    Try unchecking Optimize Storage.

Does it change even if I restart the iPad?
Why not save it to the iPad's #CLIPSTUDIO Studio folder instead of the iPad's photo library?
If there are no other answers and the problem persists, please contact the support desk.

    I'm sorry, it's a typo.
Do you want to save it in the "CLIP STUDIO folder" of the iPad?

I try to save it to both, the gallery mostly so I can send it to other devices for posting and such. I may have to contact support because I sincerely feel like I have tried everything sob
