I can't use CSP in two devices? Even though I bought the CSP Pro One time plan?

I bought the CSP Pro One time plan a long time ago, back in 2016. But I can't sign in to 2 devices at once (not use them at the same time). When I went to check my plan in my CS account, it appears that I don't have a plan purchased. Please help....

    The permanent license effectively allows the activation of two devices.
