2 years agoIt sounds like you purchased a SmartPhone plan, you need to contact Support and upgrade to a Single Device Plan.

Pen pressure sensitivity is not available with our Smartphone Plan.
・To take advantage of pen pressure using DeX mode such as with a Wacom One and the S Pen, users will need to sign up for a Single-device plan, a Dual-device plan, or a Premium plan.
