2 years agoSubscriptions purchased directly from CSP's website are attached to the Clip Studio Account that purchases it and does not receive a serial/activation number.

You can buy a 1 year, single device keycard from Amazon and that gets you a 12-digit Activation Code:

Multi-device plans are not meant to be shared between users, they are meant for a single user with multiple devices that they own and control.

2 years agoYes she's using the account for her laptop and tablet which is why I bought the two device annual subscription. But she's unable to save files and stuff as it says it's not registered.
