Bought a year plan says not registered

I'm new to this completely, I bought my girlfriend the one year plan for two devices. I've gotten the email for it, see it in my account but don't have a license key or serial number to activate it. What do I do in this situation?

    Subscriptions purchased directly from CSP's website are attached to the Clip Studio Account that purchases it and does not receive a serial/activation number.

    You can buy a 1 year, single device keycard from Amazon and that gets you a 12-digit Activation Code:

    Multi-device plans are not meant to be shared between users, they are meant for a single user with multiple devices that they own and control.

    Yes she's using the account for her laptop and tablet which is why I bought the two device annual subscription. But she's unable to save files and stuff as it says it's not registered.
