About when dust or darkening is printed

Thank you for your question.
Up to the line drawing is done in analog, and after that, it is done in digital.
I try to remove dust as much as possible, but will the slight lines like the image and the darkening between the lines appear in the print? I plan to ask Ota Club for printing.
I don't know at all when I multiply it by 100 ...
If you don't mind, is it such a darkening? Is there a way to efficiently erase (make it inconspicuous)?
Thank you for your advice.

If you try to write it out in print size and it doesn't stand out, you don't have to worry too much.

I think the TIPS around here will be helpful.
