Program won't install for Windows

At current I have downloaded the installer for Windows, but every time I run it as an Administrator it will not start the installation. I am the admin of my system, no one else uses it. Nothing generates after asking for permissions to proceed with the install. I really want to use this because I've heard nothing but good things about it.

2 years agoThe download may be incomplete, so please discard it and try a new download.
Also, if there is a folder named "CELSYS" in the document folder of the PC
Please delete it and try again.
