I keep getting the "Download Failed. Please check the connectivity of your device." message?

I've attached a pic of how it looks when some end up showing up after a while.
There isn't anything wrong with my wifi connection, and I have tried turning all other CPU/GPU using programs off (except those needed to keep the computer running. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the program.
I use CSP on my iPad as well, and I have the same issue. :(
I have updated CSP to the newest version. When I import multiple .sut files from my computer files it behaves just fine. It only has a problem with the assets.
Should I contact support? What do I do?
