Is it possible to rotate the selection?

Is it possible to rotate the selection itself instead of the objects in the selection when transforming?
I think that ① and ② in the image can be done, but I want to make it thinner as it is in a rectangle like ③.
Please tell me if there is a method other than returning to ① and transforming, or trying hard from the state of ② to make it look like it.

Check "Adjust angle after confirmation" in the tool properties of the selection.
After deciding the range, the range will rotate, so click at the right angle.
A selection is created after the angle is fixed.

You're asking about transformation rather than selection, right?
To get the result of ③, rotate it once.
I think that there is no choice but to rotate again in the state of ①.

There may be a good way, so
    Is there any other answer?
I hope you can see the situation for a while.

I often use the following methods
-Make a selection with the rectangle selection tool, polygonal line selection tool, etc.
If you want to select according to the drawing pattern, use the rectangle shrink selection + tool and the polygonal line shrink selection + tool.
-Click the enlarge / reduce / rotate icon of the selection launcher.
-Use it by turning it on / off in consideration of the following needs in the tool properties.
Leave the original image Fixed aspect ratio Horizontal flip icon Vertical flip icon

You can quickly understand and learn the meaning of each item by actually setting and operating it ...
Leave the original image: Control the copy or movement of the drawing
Fixed aspect ratio: Control whether to use or deform as drawn ← ★ This time!
Left-right flip icon: Literally controls left-right flip
Upside down icon: Literally control upside down

    > Is it possible to rotate the selection itself?
The meaning of the question is difficult to understand.
The following is to rotate or scale the selection.
-Rotate: Rotate and drag any of the four corners of the selection.
-Scale: Drag any of the four sides of the selection up, down, left, or right.

To give a sense of perspective:
Menu: Edit → Transform → Free transform / Distortion / Parallel distortion / Perspective distortion
If you use it often, you can add a tool in "Selection Launcher Settings".

In the transformation "enlargement / reduction rotation", uncheck the fixed aspect ratio check, for example, set the height to 50%, and then rotate it, isn't it?

If you knew that you would transform it first
It may be good to convert it to an image material layer

Thank you everyone for your answers.
I am sorry that the question / explanation is difficult to understand. The intent of the question is as explained by Hiroki Akisora.
This time, I drew the example as a rectangle, but what I want to do when actually drawing the illustration is to narrow the eyes etc. later in the middle of drawing.
If the face is angled, once it is returned to ① or deformed in the state of ②, it will deviate from the original position (angle) or be distorted.
I wondered if there was a way to change only the fineness without destroying the original state (position, angle, shape, etc.).

You may want to use the Alt key to transform it.
You can set the center of rotation in any direction in the tool properties. You can change the fulcrum.

Is it easy to understand if you refer to the arrangement part of the deformation / "center of rotation" based on the "center of rotation" at the time of Crysta deformation?

↑ This may also be helpful.

It may be easier to adjust the mesh deformation in small areas.
Also, if the part that may be deformed later is drawn with a vector layer only for that part, I think it is okay because deterioration can be prevented even if it is deformed.

How is it different from this?

    Big Field

I interpreted "fixed aspect ratio" as "maintaining the ratio of the original image", but I'm sorry if it is different.
When it comes to "maintaining the ratio of the original image", what we want to do this time is not to make the shape smaller as it is, but to change the angle as it is and only the height.
I decided that it was a little different from what I wanted to do this time.

Actually, I've always been happy to have such a feature 💦

For example, when you want to shape your mouth because your mouth is too open,
It can be easily adjusted if it can be deformed at an angle.
I have the opportunity to make these transformations of my eyes, eyebrows, ears, etc.
I wish there was a good way.

    > "Maintain the ratio of the original image"!
Conversely, if you turn off the setting, you can freely expand and contract the selection in the vertical and horizontal directions, but ...

It's limited to vectors, but how about using the Ctrl key when using a pen or eraser tool?
It is a function to temporarily change the tool to an object tool,
Select an object with Ctrl + click
Select multiple objects with Ctrl + drag
You have to hold down the Ctrl key, but you can transform and rotate it as it is.
However, since the box will be slanted after rotation from the state of (1), it will not be in the state of (3) unless you reselect it, but I think that it can be done faster than recreating the selection range.
    * It may be necessary to set the object tool in advance (2 places).
    * There is a demerit that it reacts to objects on another layer.
    * If the addition of the object tool selection is "Additional selection", you can add objects one by one, but you cannot cancel them individually.

Thank you everyone for your answers.
Since the symbols have been changed to ①, ②, and ③, it may seem that they are continuing, making it difficult to understand.
I intended to have completely different scenes for ①, ②, and ③, so it would have been better to put them as A, B, and C.
If it is still difficult to understand, you can ignore the two on the left.
I wanted to know if there was a way to deform the figure at the same angle without fine adjustment when there was an oblique figure from the beginning like the one on the far right.
As Mr. Hiroki Akisora answered, it seems that such a function is not yet available.

    It's an alternative.
The function is limited, but that part is divided into individual layers

Right-click the layer> Convert layer> Image material layer with the image in the correct position first

If you set it to, you can edit by changing the "transformation method" of "tool properties" at any time.
The transformation frame is maintained even after editing another layer.

However, it is not possible to transform the mesh between the painter material layers, and there are restrictions that you cannot draw directly, but it depends on how you use it.
