Line cutting out and not drawing at all

I use a Macbook Air and a Wacom Intuos S, and I can't draw at all on the application. The other art programs I own work completely fine, but I can't even draw a full line in CSP. It cuts out or just doesn't even register I'm drawing. I've tried everything. Reinstalling CSP, adjusting settings in Preferences, resetting my settings in CSP to default, and I've even reinstalled my tablet driver. Any advice would be greatly appreciated because I don't know what's going on. It worked completely fine before the update and from what I've seen CSP is supposed to be super compatible with Wacom products?

    Is the tablet driver appropriate?
    The latest version may not be appropriate depending on the model number of the Wacom pen tablet.

    Such a comparison is meaningless because the CSP and other applications do not always do the same thing.
