Clip studio is too slow

So... i am trying make a stop motion, i am using After Effects to render the pictures and i will draw/animation in Clip Studio using the movie from After Effects.
But my clip studio is too slow when i import the movie. I was using size 3872x 2576 but i rezise to 1920x 1080 and resolution 72, but anyway is too slow to load the movie and draw the same time.
I dont know what to do to make the Clip studio more faster .
In after effects there a option to make video preview poor quality because of this...
Is there a solution to make my movie import more poor quality or another suggestion to make more faster?
