Sub Tool assets I downloaded won't work?

I tried to download some assets that were sub tools, but they won't show up in the download folder for me to use at all. They show up in the All Material folder, but when I try to add the tool it just won't pop up at all. Example below. Please help, this is really frustrating-

2 years agoLook closely before you get frustrated.
Since the image material is not a brush, it cannot be registered in the sub tool.
