Pick Screen Color showing up too light?

Ever since I set up clip studio on my new computer, when I try to use the color pick from screen with my stylus (XP Pen 22R, windows 11) it becomes lighter than the actual picked colors. With the mouse it works fine. I don't know what to do? :(

It may be the effect of visual effects. Please try the following method.

    In the past ASK, https://ask.clip-studio.com/ja-jp/detail?id=67463
It describes what to do if the colors do not match in the color picker.

For others with this issue, the response / fix from official support is:
About the [Color Picker] function in the gradation setting
I investigated this issue on my Surface Pro device and found the cause of the issue.

When you touch the screen with the Surface pen, small translucent ripples (circles around the mouse pointer) are displayed as touch effects on the screen.
This ripple will overlap with the color you want to get and will be a slightly different color.

Follow the steps below for a solution.

Turn off the spillover effect (the circle around the mouse pointer) from your operating system settings.

    1. Open the gear settings from the Windows start button

    2. Select Device

    3. Select Pen and Windows Ink from the list on the left

    4. Uncheck Show visual effects

As we have inspected this problem the with Surface Pro devices and we found the cause of the problem.

When you touch the screen with the Surface pen, a small translucent ripple (circle around mouse pointer) appears as
a touch effect on the screen, and this ripple overlaps with the color you want to acquire, and a slightly different color is taken.

Please follow the steps below for the solution.

Turning off the ripple effect (circle around mouse pointer) from the setting of the operating system.

    1. Open Gear Settings from the Windows Start button

    2. Select [Device]

    3. Select [Pen and Windows Ink] from the list on the left

    4. Uncheck [Show visual effects]

Thank you! I think this is the problem since I'm having trouble with Ink on Windows 11.
