I have a license for EX, but when i put it in, it says "connecting to servers" and then it goes back to the "sign up/already have" box, and it just keeps going, not saying my license is valid or not.. it happened after i had to reinstall it, please help.

2 years agoIs the "license" you say a 30-digit serial number? Is it a 12-digit activation code?
The place to enter is different. Especially if you enter the activation code frequently, you may be hindered by the limit on the number of times you can enter it.
We recommend contacting official support here rather than getting vague advice here at ASK.
