Plan not Activating on new computer, I even bought Dual to see if it would help.

I have tried just about everything you could imagine, and its driving me insane! I even contacted tech support and never got a response, even weeks later. I have two homes I jump between, and purchased Dual devices. I get all the prompts, and open and even get the "Activate" Option lit and ready to go.

Every time I click Activate it says connecting, acts like it is about to work, then closes the page and nothing comes from it. I've uninstalled, cleaned my PC, redownloaded. It just isn't working and I don't know what to do anymore, and am not receiving support.

    It is a terrible situation that "reply within 2 business days" is not fulfilled because of the fact.

    We recommend that you do not give up once and make inquiries relentlessly.
