Ok so I know you can merge two pages digitally to make a comic/manga spead sheet but I want to know if you can do the same to pages that are 11x17 & the like in real life. This is because I usually work with physical art rather than digital and Im new to Clip Studio (I have EX)

    Open the work (.cmc)
Right-click on the thumbnail in the page management window
Select "Change to Spread" from the menu

It doesn't matter if the canvas size is different.
First, create a spread work file, and then select File menu-> [import]-> [Batch import] to import all at once.
The first spread work file to be created should be about 4 pages. (Increases by the number of sheets to be imported)

Please refer to this TIPS for [Batch import].
    * This explanation uses an old version of the image, but the procedure is still the same.
