My Lasso Fill too stopped working

My lasso fill tool isn't working properly. Sometimes it will fill the selection that I need, but then a moment later stops functioning properly.
Switching layers will make it work again, but this still only works as a partial fix because I can't properly color line work from separate layers.
I have a feeling this it a bug. but if its not and someone has an idea as to what it could be I would appreciate any help!!

2 years agoIn CSP, it is not possible to fill with [Vector Layer].
[Image material layer] cannot be filled either.
Try using a raster layer for filling.
If the coloring does not work, try setting the [Fill Tool] or devising the layer composition.
