Missing tools on the canvas controls?

I just downloaded Clip Studio on my new laptop (Galaxy Book Pro 360, Windows 11) and the canvas controls are missing some tools it has on my PC (Windows 7). Clip Studio is up to date on both.
These are part of my normal workflow, any idea why are they missing and how I can bring them back?

2 years agoPlease uncheck "Touch Operations" in the environment settings and then restart "CLIP STUDIO PAINT".
