Wacom one Pen button made it so I can't draw at all

I pressed the button on the side of my pen and now no matter what I do I cant get it to draw again! What happened?

    Settings can be assigned from Wacom Tablet Properties.

    To draw again, start CLIP STUDIO PAINT and open some canvas by creating a new one.
    There are pencils and brushes from the tool palette, so choose one.
    Select a color other than white from the color palette and
    Next, it is displayed in the layer palette
    Please select a layer called layer 1 before trying.

    Select a color other than white and transparent from the color palette before proceeding.
