How do I find all the 3D materials I downloaded?

I downloaded a package of 3D materials from Assets - it should contain 20 different buildings.
In my download folder I can see the material. But when I pull it onto a canvas I only get one building. The same one every time.
How do I access the rest of the buildings that are in the package? Thank you.
