Please help me. I have a paid license for only 1 device on my old computer. And now I have bought a new one and want to continue painting on my new one. But to continue it says I have to deactivate to use my license on the new computer. But will all my work from my old computer be deleted?? Or will I be able to continue my work from my old computer, but only have access on my new computer (since it's 1 device limit)? Please please help me! I'm so scared I will delete all my hard work I've done on my old computer :(

If you save your work to your computer (like, files-->pictures) then, you should be fine. Deactivating the license shouldn't have no effect on your work, just the software I believe. Also, you should be able to continue your work onto your new computer if you transfer the files over. I hope this helps and sorry if doesn't.

    ↑ Please refer to here.

If it is between the same OS, back up the entire CELSYS folder,
Settings etc. can be handed over to the new PC side.

If you don't use your old device anymore
Since the device will be switched to a new PC,
Please activate with a new person.

With the number used on the old terminal at the time of license authentication
You will need the same CLIP STUDIO account (the same as you are logged in here at ASK), so
Please make a note of it.

Data such as works will remain unless deleted from the terminal.
