stylus on drawing tablet not working

my clip studio just wasnt working at all with my drawing tablet (it had worked beforehand idk what happened) so i looked it up and changed the input to wintab and back, now i have to double click with the stylus to get the pen tool to show up and with the tablet nothing appears on the page when i draw. by the way when it stopped working for the first time the stylus would only move the page no matter what tool was selected.
