How to Import Brush/Paper Purchases

I recently purchased brushes for clip studio and cannot seem to figure out how those downloads into clip studio. I tried following along to the youtube video provided, but i cant do what the guy on the video was doing. I am very new to this, this is my first time playing with digital art and clip studio.
