I can only move my drawing on a layer but I can't reduce or enlarge it. I've checked and I'm on the correct layer. I've tried the settings, nothing works. I've tried everything - YouTube, other answers on this platform, still stuck. I've even deleted and re-installed the software. Please help! I'm really upset about this. I just purchased this software and I haven't even made a complete drawing out of it.
