I wanted to work on my animation again what I've been working on for the last 2 months but, CSP didn't open, it did absolutely nothing. they said I needed to reinstall and delete it in the control panel (and so I did) but I was so scared I was gonna lose everything, the stuff I've been working on for the last 2 months is just, gone...

so I uninstalled it and tried to install it again but, every time I try to open the launcher and click on next it just disappears...
I'm so scared I lost everything... I'm so scared it was all for nothing.. I'm so scared that I spent more than 185 euros on something that is now gone...

I really need help with this... just someone saying that I didn't lost my stuff will also just be a relieve

It is strange that there is no word "preservation" in your main.
If you save your work (operation process) frequently, you can avoid a big risk even if there is a power outage.
Why am i The reason why I mention the basic of "save" is that many users lament that "the setting does not remain" without executing the formal procedure for "end".

I "save" at least every 30 minutes, right?

that's... pretty common sense. I save at least every 40-50 minutes so that should be okay. it's just that I uninstalled it in the control panel, and that I'm scared that I lost all my progression.. did I need to save it to the cloud or something? do i need to buy it again?

It is not directly related to the act of saving and uninstalling the program.
If you are sure that your work is saved, it will not be affected by uninstalling and reinstalling the program. That's pretty common sense.
As long as you don't lose your license (30-digit serial number), you won't have to repurchase your license, even if your current computer breaks.
