a file i had been working on suddenly says it cannot be found and the file name has changed. no matter what option i press, it gives the same pop up and tells me to delete it! it was working perfectly fine a few minutes ago. the file and the amount of storage it takes is still in my system too. i’m not sure if i just completely lost access to my file or if this is an issue i can fix myself. i don’t want to mourn yet. please help me!

2 years agoIf the save fails, it will be in such a data format.
Do you save it on your device? Is it an iPhone?
We recommend that you contact support for repair.
If you're in a hurry, I'm not sure if you can open it,
Open the File app, make a copy of that data, and try changing the _0 part to .clip.
