after years of using it clip studio paint won't let me on or accept my license

I have been using clip studio paint for a few years after getting it with my wacom tablet. Suddenly yesterday I tried to get on paint and it immediately took me to the get license window. When I'd enter my old license in it would take me back to the purchase license or I already have one window and sometimes say license verification failed the license has not been changed.
