Loading File bar keeping showing while drawing

My file isn't that big I worked with even more huge files without problem in the past, but now for some reason, the loading file bar keeps showing while I'm drawing, and when it appears I just can't draw until it's completely charged, and the charging is SO SLOW! I'm taking so much more time to finish a drawing because of that, it's troublesome... Please help me ;-;
