Using new device, CSP say my serial number can not be used on this device. Why?

I have paid for the pro over a year ago and it said I have to pay again when I tried logging in again, because I use now a different device and I can not my use serial number again. I have work on the new device and had done art, but now I can not even save my work and now I have to pay again? I have paid over my computer that had the original CSP account on, but what should I do now? I can not afford to lose my art that I can not save. Please help.
