I bought the 1 time purchase for Studio Paint Pro, ended up getting a virus a few months later, and wiped my pc. I thought when I reinstalled and signed back in I would still have access to Studio Paint, but it's asking me for the registration code. Do I have to buy it again?

2 years agoIf you purchased with a one-time payment, you should have received the serial code.
After starting CLIP STUDIO PAINT, enter the serial code as you did when you first used it.

If you are using the same account as before, you can activate the license you have from "Check / Change License", and you can switch to activate it, right?

2 years agoIf you recover your PC or replace it with a new one, you can install it on the recovered PC or a new PC.
After starting CLIP STUDIO PAINT, go to Help menu-> "Check / Change License" as the previous person wrote.
Did you lose track of your serial number when you recover or renew?
