2 years agoIt's a very beautiful font, so I understand what you want to use.
Unfortunately, this font seems to be charged, but I can't try it.
Instead, I tried using this font for images 1 and 2. (The layer composition part has been moved and put in)
The layer structure looks the same.
In 2, just in case, a partially colored layer is placed under the font, but it will not be hidden.
Looking at your image, the lower part has already been cut off in the blue square part from the time you typed the letters.
Why don't you try this with a similar type to see if other fonts will be the same?

2 years agoEven if there is no problem with other software, there may be a problem with CLIP STUDIO.
In that case, the problem may be solved by uninstalling and re-installing CLIP STUDIO.
However, I think there is another possibility for your font.
Would you please try typing another font in the same way?
The font surrounded by a square red in the image is this kind of italic.
If the lower part disappears here as well, it may be a malfunction of your CLIP STUDIO.
If you can display the whole font with this font or the same type, I think that your font cannot be used neatly in CLIP STUDIO.
It seems that you have already tried Sato Inukawa's answer.
However, please wait for other advice without the deadline for answers.- Japanese

2 years agoI had used version from trial after buying license. Downloaded and installed latest version. Didn't fix the issue. I have another font which cuts circle on top of capital Å. Madelinette cuts it too. It cuts dots on top of capital Ä and Ö too. Other font keeps the dots. Other fonts work fine as far as I have checked them. These two fonts work fine in other software.

2 years agoHow about this method?
The first two letters are much larger than the planned size.
After that, I changed it to the planned size in the tool properties.
The blue square part is still displayed large.
Will it be cut even if you hit your font in this state?

2 years agoDid not work. Cuts same way. It looks like Clip Studio Paint has maximum on how low and high font can go. Madelinette seem to go beyond both limits.
