Can the files synced in the cloud be retrieved after deleting the program?

Yesterday, in order to switch the permission to another device (tablet to tablet), I deleted the csp on the original device (I don't know why the switch has not been able to start successfully), but before that I opened all the files I needed Cloud synchronization, I thought it could be used on another device, but it didn't, the files on the old device and the re-installed csp could not be found, so I came to ask for your help, thank you
