how i can change vector line color quickly?

so i outline character in vector , and I want to quickly change the color of lines. like this part of selection from the image . I want to turn it to a half grey color instead of black.

I was wanting to use the Hue/Brightness/ transform, but I can't since it a vector layer. What should I do to be able to change color line for vector layer?

You can change the drawing color in the selected area by selecting Edit> Change Line Color to Drawing Color.

i think this could be the answer i was looking for . Thank you. I didn't phrase my question clearly. I just awnt o change the color of hte selction part

With the vector layer selected in the layer palette
Press "Layer Color" on the icon to the right of "Effect" on the "Layer Properties" palette.
The default value is blue, but please change it to gray.

With the vector layer selected in the layer palette
Make the sub tool an "on-project" tool
If you select the drawing color in the color circle or color set, you can set it as the vector color as it is.

just select the area you need, go to select>select vectors within area. And while they are selected just click any color you want. It's like selecting with object tool, but instead of selecting one by one you select an entire area.

If different colors are mixed in the same vector layer, some operations may result in the same color.
If you want to keep the color of the vector line permanently, it is recommended to delete the vector line and paste it on another vector layer in that state.
