Can’t find Panel Layer in ios

I am working through a tutorial on manga studio and I cant find the panel layer they are referring too. Was it renamed in clip studio? Where is it on the ipad?

The panel layers is in Windows -> Layers. Most of the menus, or tabs can be found in "Window" :)
