Is it possible to CHOOSE which device to cancel a verson from?

I've just bought a new laptop that I want to get Clip Studio Paint on, but the problem is that I already added a Pro/Ex plan to both my old, non-consitently functioning Laptop and my New Gaming PC. I now know that the Problem is that I already have Pro on my old Laptop but I dont know If I can CHOOSE Which device to deactivate an plan from.
is it possible to choose? if so, HOW do I choose?

6 days agoAll will be canceled once when you register the third unit.
After that, authenticate with your PC.

3 days agoYou can't choose what computer to de-register. When you try to register your serial number on a third computer, it will have you go through the deactivation process. That will reset the number of registrations to 0, so you can register your serial number twice again. Register your serial number (or activate your license) on your newest computer and one other computer that you want to use it on.
