Unable to use existing license on mobile

I've been trying to log into my existing account on a mobile device but the app just tells me that I "cannot use this on the current device" with no other information or context so I'm really just not sure what to do here.

    You can use the same Clip Studio Account on any device, but Win/Mac and iOS/Android/Galaxy/Chromebook are licensed differently.

    You cannot use a serial number/One Time Payment/Perpetual license on anything other than Windows and Mac.
    You have to subscribe to be able to use CSP on iOS, Android, Galaxy, and Chromebook.
