There are times when the backup is set with a save interval of 5 minutes but not set.

As the title says. There are times when the backup is set to "Save interval 5 minutes" but not.
Sometimes it's done, so I can't tell the difference.

The image will be left for about 15 minutes after adding the line after the automatic saving at 16:16.

Also, is it impossible to set autosave at intervals shorter than 5 minutes?

This is not an (automatic) backup!
This is to restore the data before the error when the system shuts down abnormally.
If you launch the app after an error, the one saved at the restore interval will be displayed as a restore file.
At this time, the user needs to save this restored file again.
When the app closes normally, the files saved at the restore interval will be deleted.

By the way, the following is under the displayed "CLIPStudioPaintData" folder.
    -File stored when first saved
-Up to 20 various files stored for each save operation

Furthermore, in Windows 10, the task view on the taskbar is like a time machine? Past files are saved in.

Who did you hear that it was a backup feature?

To be honest, it's a little annoying because the work is interrupted each time the restore save is activated.
If you save it normally, you don't need it at all ...

Setting less than 5 minutes? On the contrary, I would like you to try if it is possible.

Even if it is the restore interval, I am asking because I was able to restore only the state more than 2 hours ago instead of 5 minutes before the blue screen.
No answer is required that deviates from the subject.

    I will contact the official.
