"Failed to Download Materials. Please check connectivity of your device" Windows 11

Whenever I attempt to download any materials from the Clip Studio Assets store I always get this error message even though I am connected to the internet. I attempted to fix this by updating/trying previous methods listed in the help section but nothing has worked. I don't know if this is an error with Windows 11, but any help would be appreciated.
