How do i setup a seperate panel for mouth shapes for animation? Where you can just click on a mouth shape and it places it in a key frame ( sorta how Adobe Animate or TV Paint does)

The whole point is so you dont have to keep drawing mouth shapes over and over.
Any help would be greatly appreaciated !

Separate the animation folder into the part that needs movement and the part that does not move.
You can add multiple animation folders
    In the layer palette
Give the animation cells in the animation folder a descriptive number or name
Enter the number of the animation cell along the time axis of the animation folder in the timeline
You can show or hide the animation cell by the number of the animation cell.
Keyframes used in CLIP STUDIO PAINT are not used
I don't know if Adobe keyframes and CLIP STUDIO PAINT keyframes have the same meaning
You don't have to draw multiple sheets of the same mouth shape, just specify the number. One piece is enough

I tried to do what Kemo-san said. Look at the timeline and layer composition.
