How to draw a concentrated line

When I try to draw a concentrated line using the concentrated line tool or a radiation ruler, the angle does not match and I cannot draw the line as I want. How can I draw a line?

In the case of the concentrated line tool, it can be adjusted after creation.
Adjust by manipulating the handle with the object tool
or
Change to object tool → tool properties (or sub tool details) → adjust each value

When drawing with a radiation ruler, it may be better to draw Atari on another layer first if it does not work.
Then place a radiation ruler near the center of Atari → draw a concentrated line on another layer → if it does not fit the image, correct the position of the ruler with the object tool and try again

If you are using a ruler, do you have a snap function in the first place?
I think that either the "Snappable" of the drawing tool such as the pen tool is not checked.
