Color History Palette won't show

I have installed latest version of CSP. When I click on Window> Color History the screen shifts slightly but I cannot find the palette anywhere in my workspace. Thanks for any help.

Color palettes and color histories look similar.
Is [Color History] written on the palette tab?

If you can't find it, you may have moved off the screen.
Initialize startup by following the procedure in this FAQ → Check only one [Window Position] → Start

    Then try opening Color History.

If you are using the [DEBUT] version, there is no [Color History] palette.
It is a function only for [PRO] and [EX].

    > When I click on Window> Color History the screen shifts slightly
What do you mean that the screen shifts slightly? Is it possible for you to add a screen-recording?

Like 茶屋 mentions, initializing workspace may help.
    1. Close Clip Studio Paint.
    2. Start Clip Studio and then click on [PAINT] in the upper left corner while pressing the Shift key.
    3. Check the items to be reset in the [Initial boot] dialog box and then click [OK].
Then as 茶屋 precises, check only the [Window Position] option
