Are we talking about digital drawing or traditional (analog) drawing?

Normally, if you practice brush control with real brushes and pencils, you will also get better at using them digitally.

I'd love to help, it's just that the question is so vast.
-> What brush and how to use it? (for beginners)
There are a lot of brushes. The recommendations depend on what you want to do with it.
-> What are the brush techniques?
Again, first establish what you want to do (what or how you want to paint)
-> How to do brushwork? (variation, etc.)
Isn't that the same question as the previous one?

    I guess it depends.
Get better at what - doing lineart or shading? Or coloring?
What technique do you want to learn? Painting in watercolor is different from painting with oil (no matter if digital or traditional). So the brushes and the techniques will be different as well. Ink brushes are a whole other matter.
What style do you like? To begin with, it's nice to know what style or artists' works you like. And then figure out what techniques you need or want to learn.
I can't decide what book to recommend if I don't know what you want to learn.

When you post again in the future, include more details, or maybe even references (but do not include screenshots of other people's work because of copyright; put links instead).
