1 year agoLook at the layer palette that doesn't work. (Picture of two women, tool setting on the right side)
The bottom [Paper] layer is rasterized. (Did you fill the raster layer to create the groundwork?)
The drawing range of that layer responds to the area determination for filling.
I will write three methods to make it work well.
1. Lock the bottom layer (this is enough this time)
2. Create a [Paper] layer
3. Change the setting of the tool to surround and paint
1. Lock the bottom layer
Select the bottom layer → Click [Lock Layer] from the command buttons at the top of the layer palette.
2. Create a Paper layer
Delete the [Filled Layer] at the bottom and create a new [Paper] layer.
Layer menu-> Create new layer-> [Paper] ([Paper] layer is added at the bottom)-> Double-click the thumbnail of the [Paper] layer-> Change the color
3. Change the setting of the tool to surround and paint
Select the tool to paint around → Open [Sub tool details] → [Closed area fill (top item)] → Set [Symmetric color] item to [Black area]
This time, if you lock the layer, it will work as before.
It may not work depending on the layer order and line color, so try changing the tool settings.- Japanese
