Is there any way to change the position of the Selection Launcher?

I find the Selection Launcher really useful but the position it shows is not really the best for me. I know there is a chance to hide it but I wonder if there is any way to pin it up somewhere else when it shows instead. Being able to pin it up at the top or the bottom of the canvas would be ideal.

I think that might be the best option... Using the Command bar to place the Selection tools I use the most when I make a selection, or maybe even the Quick Access to place some of them.
I am mostly using my iPad these days I dont have much room available...
