Canvas drags when I'm at the brush option

I have an artist 15.6 and every time I draw w/my pen it just drags the canvas, if I use my mouse to draw a line it only works with my mouse, but w/my pen it drags. I've even reinstalled my program! This is so frustrating... Someone please help me :( I can't draw and it makes so frustrated....
