Cant use Clip Studio Ex?

I bought Clip Studio a few years back and then upgraded to Ex later on. I recently Switched computers(This computer is older and I had already had Clip Studio installed on it) and logged on but I'm not on Ex anymore? I heard from a friend that it gives you a different serial number , but I cant find the other code and my old Email doesnt give me the Ex serial number. The Clip Studio pro works fine and it says the serial number is valid , but is there anyway I could get my Ex back?

1 year agoIf you switch computers, you will need to activate the license again.
If you use a license owned by someone else, you will no longer be able to use that license. (If you use it, your friend can't use it)

1 year agoA serial number for EX should have been issued when you upgraded to EX.
How to find the serial number

Once you have found your serial number, switch your license.
